The 2021 Pinot Grigio exhibits “good sugar content, below-average acidity, and a very healthy grape harvest”. Despite the hot summer and the early harvest, it is a good white wine vintage. Enticing honeysuckle floral and stone fruit aromas, with pronounced pear and yellow apple flavors with mineral notes and refreshing acidity. Lingering finish with mineral notes. Balance, strength and structure.
