Another novel release and probably a world first for the grain is this Pinot Noir cask matured Rye whisky. Three years in a 225L litre Tasmanian ex-Pinot Noir cask has bestowed a ruby tint to the liquid. Expect aromas and flavours of dark chocolate, vanilla, Christmas cake, spice, stewed stone fruits as well as toasted cinnamon and nutmeg. 60% Alc./Vol.
