Description

Pale golden straw in color, the 2022 Sketchbook Chardonnay has enticing aromas of Pippen apple, mandarin orange, and lemon cream pie with hints of cedar and vanilla. On the palate, bright flavors of tangerine and citrus are balanced by rounder notes of Bartlett pear, dried apricot and toasty brioche. A medium-weight wine with nice crisp acidity and juicy fruit, complimented by elegant oak tannins that impart a soft creaminess.
