Description

The 2018 Vintage Tondr Chardonnay shows a tremendous depth of fruit, highlighted by bright tropical notes with hints of citrus and apple. It is a blend of tank fermented (80%) and barrel fermented (20%) wine. The new oak component of the barrel fermented portion (Approx. 5%) adds a structured mid palate layer, and offers a subtle note of oak on the finish.
